Daily Spiritual Energy Grounding Meditation

Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths

Affirm: I call upon my Personal Angels to divinely intervene and assist with this meditation

Take your consciousness to your chest area, where the core of your soul light resides.

Affirm: I now activate my soul light to expand and integrate into every aspect of my being

Feel your soul light expanding out from your chest area into your body, aura and surroundings

Affirm: I now ask my soul light to divinely intervene and form a protective bubble of protection around my entire being, only allowing divine love and divine truth through and into my being.  This protective bubble of my soul light remains intact at all times – so let it be.

Allow yourself to see the colour of your protective bubble, taking time to feel its energy; it also may appear as many colours.

Affirm: I now call upon divine white light to pour down into my crown chakra, down through my whole chakra system, body and aura, cleansing my entire being. 

Take time to feel the divine cleansing white light flowing through your being, feel the white light reaching your base chakra

Affirm: I now allow the white light to travel past my base chakra, into my earth star chakra.  Down further into the core of Beloved Mother Earth and anchoring

Take time to feel the white light anchor into the core of Mother Earth, see the light in your own way anchoring.  It could wrap around a crystal of your choice or see the light spread like roots.  Also take time to feel the connection to Mother Earth, she is welcoming you.

Affirm:  Beloved Mother Earth, I invite you to send your magical and healing energy up through my cord of white light and into every aspect of my being.  I am a beacon of Mother Earth’s energies now.

Feel Mother Earth responding to your request, her magical energies travelling up into your being.  You are attuning to her loving energies.

Affirm: I allow Beloved Mother Earths magical and healing energies to travel up into my crown chakra and going up further into my higher chakras all the way up to Source.  I am now spiritually protected, grounded and aligned to Mother Earth and connected to the energy of the Creator.  I ask that this connection remains intact throughout my entire day – so be it.  Blessed Be.

You can repeat this short meditation as much as you would like to during the day, even before any meditations or spiritual work and before you go to sleep.  Each time you work with the meditation you will be activating your soul, attuning to spirit and Mother Earth, receiving divine information and healing within the energies and allowing your Personal Angels to work with you for your highest good.

PERSONAL ANGELS MEDITATION

Beloved Creator, I now do a Personal Angels Meditation.  May this meditation be for my highest and greatest good and in divine truth and divine love and divine light.

I now visualize a golden bubble of protection surrounding my being.

I now visualize and ask for divine white light to pour down into my crown chakra, filling my being with white light.  Cleansing my whole chakra system and out of my feet chakras down into the core of Mother Earth, grounding my spiritual energies.

I call forth Archangel Michael to place a dome of protection around my being and that you oversee my meditation now – blessed be.

You have many Personal Angels who will be working with you at all times.  Each Personal Angel has their own energy and quality that they offer to teach and help you with.  Your Personal Angels love you unconditionally always.  This meditation will deeply connect you to your many Personal Angels.

I call upon my Personal Angels, you lovingly and protectively watch over my development on Earth.  Charge my being with your high vibrational energies, healing, wisdom and guidance.  Divinely Intervene and help me to develop a deeper connection with you, integrating each of your qualities into my being and soul.  Help me to discover your names and purpose that you are helping me with – so let it be.

Allow all the time you need to be with your Personal Angels or until the energies start to settle.  Take note of visions, feelings and thoughts that your Angels send you.  Each meditation with your Personal Angels will bring new wisdom and teachings.
