Daily Spiritual Energy Grounding Meditation
Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths
Affirm: I call upon my Personal Angels to divinely intervene and assist with this meditation
Take your consciousness to your chest area, where the core of your soul light resides.
Affirm: I now activate my soul light to expand and integrate into every aspect of my being
Feel your soul light expanding out from your chest area into your body, aura and surroundings
Affirm: I now ask my soul light to divinely intervene and form a protective bubble of protection around my entire being, only allowing divine love and divine truth through and into my being. This protective bubble of my soul light remains intact at all times – so let it be.
Allow yourself to see the colour of your protective bubble, taking time to feel its energy; it also may appear as many colours.
Affirm: I now call upon divine white light to pour down into my crown chakra, down through my whole chakra system, body and aura, cleansing my entire being.
Take time to feel the divine cleansing white light flowing through your being, feel the white light reaching your base chakra
Affirm: I now allow the white light to travel past my base chakra, into my earth star chakra. Down further into the core of Beloved Mother Earth and anchoring
Take time to feel the white light anchor into the core of Mother Earth, see the light in your own way anchoring. It could wrap around a crystal of your choice or see the light spread like roots. Also take time to feel the connection to Mother Earth, she is welcoming you.
Affirm: Beloved Mother Earth, I invite you to send your magical and healing energy up through my cord of white light and into every aspect of my being. I am a beacon of Mother Earth’s energies now.
Feel Mother Earth responding to your request, her magical energies travelling up into your being. You are attuning to her loving energies.
Affirm: I allow Beloved Mother Earths magical and healing energies to travel up into my crown chakra and going up further into my higher chakras all the way up to Source. I am now spiritually protected, grounded and aligned to Mother Earth and connected to the energy of the Creator. I ask that this connection remains intact throughout my entire day – so be it. You can repeat this short meditation as much as you would like to during the day, even before any meditations or spiritual work and before you go to sleep. Each time you work with the meditation you will be activating your soul, attuning to spirit and Mother Earth, receiving divine information and healing within the energies and allowing your Personal Angels to work with you for your highest good.

I call forth Archangel Michael to place a dome of protection around me now and that I am protected on all levels.
Beloved Creator, Planetary and Cosmic Hierarchy of Ascended Masters, Mother Earth and The Nature Kingdoms, My Monad and Higher Self, My Community of Spirit Guides and Spiritual Mentors.
I hereby ask and pray with all my heart and soul and mind and might for your divine help, aid, guidance, direction and divine intervention in helping me to accelerate on my path to ascension for the highest good and under the Divine Law of Grace.
I ask and pray to be worked on by the Ascended Masters and by my own I AM Presence and my community of Spirit Guides and Mentors every day and night for the highest and greatest good
I hereby call forth a thousand fold of acceleration to what is safe and appropriate and for the highest and greatest good of this process and ask for the building and stabilizing of my light quotient and love quotient to the percentage needed to achieve full planetary Ascension for the highest good.

Accepting the Light of Your Soul
Take three deep calming breaths
State: I call upon the Ascended Masters and ask for the platinum net to sweep through this room and my aura, cleansing away all miss-qualified energies and raising the vibration of this room and my being.
State: I call forth a planetary axiatonal alignment, connecting me fully to Mother Earth’s soul.
State: I call upon Archangels Michael and Faith to place a platinum and golden dome of protection around this room, within this room and around my aura – I AM Protected.
State: I call upon my Personal Guardian Angels and my Community of Spirit Guides to circle me in your love, light and support.
You now take your focus and intention into your soul at your chest area, seeing the pure and sacred light of your soul shining brightly out from your chest. You connect deeply now with this bright light and feel yourself gently drift into this light, going within.
You now see yourself in the most beautiful crystal temple. You are amazed by the brilliance of this temple and its sheer beauty. This is your temple - the temple of your soul that resides within you and take a moment to fully admire this sacred place.
You now become aware in the centre of this temple is the most beautiful pillar of light going through the floor and up through the ceiling of this sacred temple. You now walk gently towards this pillar of light. This light is the light of your soul, the true essence of who you are.
You now place a hand gently into the light and you instantly feel and connect with the pure consciousness of your soul. You are welcome to simply keep your hand within this light or step right into it, fully submerging yourself into the pillar of light. You are not afraid, this is your light and consciousness at its highest and purest level.
You now ask what is it that your soul wishes you to know. You take a moment to sense or telepathically hear this answer. Your answer from your soul will only be of pure love and wisdom.
You now ask your soul how you can accelerate on your spiritual journey to ascension and again you patiently and calmly wait for an answer of pure love and wisdom to come forth.
You can stand within this pillar of your soul light for as long as you feel the need, you can ask further questions to your soul, calmly waiting for an answer of pure love and wisdom to come forth and know that as you stand within this pillar of light, your soul is healing you on every level.
It is now time to gently make your way back and gently step out of the pillar of light and see the beautiful temple of your soul. But you take a moment to turn around and look at this brilliant pillar of light and remind yourself that this soul light you now see before you is within you and that you can anytime connect to the light and wisdom of your soul, it is you at your true brilliance.
You now become aware of your physical body and the room that you are in. Take a moment to see or sense your angels and spirit guides who are still standing in a circle around you and thank them for helping and supporting you. You see your angels and guides bow to you in honour of your achievements that you are making and you sense how proud they are of you.
One of your Personal Guardian Angels now steps forward from the circle and gently walks towards you, with the most beautiful smile and love. You angel places their hands onto your shoulders, perfectly grounding your spiritual energies to Mother Earth. You feel Mother Earth lovingly responding with her light and welcoming this connection, she wraps you in her magical healing energy and you feel so peaceful and connected to the Earth.
Your angel now with a gentle wave of their hands manifests the most beautiful pearlescent bubble of protective light around you and sense the sheer beauty and love that this pearlescent light holds.
Your angel again smiles so beautifully towards you and now fully opens their angelic wings and you sense the awesome love and power of your angel as your angel gently disappears along with your circle of angels and spirit guides. But you know that they have not gone far and in truth are always with you every moment of your life, awaiting your call.
Healing The Tree Kingdom
I call forth Archangels Michael and Faith to place a golden bubble of protection around my aura. I am protected on all levels.

I call forth Archangel Metatron, Lord Melchizedek, The Mahatma to bring forth the Platinum Net down through my entire being, cleansing away all lower, negative and imbalanced energies from my being and raising my vibration for my highest good.

Morning Spiritual Alignment Invocation
Beloved Creator Ascended Masters, Archangels and my Higher Self. I ask for a golden cylinder of pure Creator light most appropriate for me, to now be placed around my entire being and remain intact throughout my day. I accept the light and love of the Creator. This cylinder of Creator light is my complete protection on all levels now.
I invoke my Personal Angels and Community of Spirit Guides. Please divinely intervene throughout my day, overseeing all that I do on all levels and helping to guide my way. Please shower me with a synthesis of your light, love and healing. Walk with me upon my spiritual journey to Ascension. Archangel Michael’s Clearing of Negative and Lower energies and Cutting of Negative Etheric Cords
Archangel Michael is a Universal Archangel acting as a protector of the Earth, humanity and much more. He has thousands of angels of protection working with him. His energy shines out a powerful electric blue colour and carries a divine sword of truth that he uses to cut away negativity.
Archangel Michael will show himself to you in a way that is right for you, but often you will see him looking like a very tall warrior angel with huge wings. He holds immense love for all and will be your teacher always, giving you the strength and courage in your life lessons and experiences.
Call upon him each day and night to protect your energies on all levels.
Archangel Michael is also a master healer, helping to keep your energies clear. Below is an invocation asking Archangel Michael to divinely intervene and be your teacher and cleanse your energies of attachment, negativity and fears and helping to replace these feelings with: joy, security and confidence to move forward with your life’s mission. Archangel Michael. I ask for the cutting away of negative Etheric cords of attachments to people,
places and situations in my present life time and past lives that no longer serve my highest good.
Please fully remove these Etheric cords from my chakras and being, filling in the holes at both ends

Karmic Cleansing Invocation with Goddess Quan Yin
Goddess Lady Quan Yin is a goddess of love, mercy and forgiveness. She works deeply with the karmic cleansing energies and is a member of The Boards of Karma to which are a group of very evolved Masters who oversee the Karma of every person on the Planet and much more to which is beyond our understanding. They never judge or criticise anyone but are there to help you. It is said that to achieve Ascension you must clear your karma to at least around 50 – 60 per cent. This karma may not be just with your present life but from past lives also to which is held in your aura and being.
During a Karma Cleansing you may see parts of past lives or situations in your present life that is being presented to you. Listen for the guidance that comes with this situation and know that it is being helped to be released.
If the energy of your Karmic Cleansing is too emotional or strong in the energy then please do ask Lady Quan Yin to lessen the effects and say that its too much for you. Take some deep breaths and also call in your Personal Angels to comfort and support you.
You can do a Karmic Cleansing when you feel the need. Also you may like to have some water by to drink when you feel the need to just help you stay grounded and centred with your energy and help stop any cleansing effects on the physical level from the healing. Also it is important after the healing to be gentle with yourself. If you find that you are feeling emotional, upset or just feeling low in yourself. Please remind yourself that you have just done a deep healing and this is just issues being released and working its way out. Call in your angels and guides to comfort you and fill you with their love, helping you with your cleansing.
