Mantras are pure divine sounds that when repeated with love and pure intent will activate the meaning and energies related to that mantra.  You can say mantras silently to yourself if you feel more comfortable this way or chant them out loud.

Meaning: The purest sound of source.  It purifies the body when repeated

 

Om Shrim Mahalakshmiyei Swaha

Pronounced: Om Shreem Mah-Ha Lahksh-Mee-Yei  Swah-Ha

Meaning: this mantra is associated with the goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity.  It helps to bring in abundance.  You can set your pure and loving intention first with what you want prosperity for and then chant the above mantra.

Meaning: this mantra helps to charge water with healing energy.  Hold your hands around a cup of water and chant the mantra for a few minutes.  You may feel energy flowing from your palm chakras as source energy is being channeled into the water.  After drink the cup of water.

 

 

 

 

 

 

*There is a very simple exercise to help you develop the ability to see your aura, however it will take much practice and alot of patience.

 

*You will need the room you are in to be slightly darker.  Its really good to have a light background behind you, if your room is painted in light colours then thats fine if not then you can hang a white sheet up or use a big piece of white card to place behind you.

 

*Sit infront of a large mirror

 

*The most  important healing tool you have is your intention. State outloud or silently something like:

"I give intent to now see my aura colours" You can say this three times if you want to.

 

* Take some deep breaths to settle yourself

 

*Look at the top of your head for a moment and then focus just above your head.  You will then see a white light to which is the first layer of your aura.  Try and stay focused on this white layer, it may come and go and will take practice to stay focused on it.  When you get better at seeing this white layer easily and can stay focused on it for longer periods you then need to start bringing your focus outwards and not to loose the white layer, eventually the white layer will get thicker and you will go past this layer into a deeper part of your aura where colours will start to show.  Again it can come and go and you will need to start the exercise again, but with lots of practice you will be successful.

 

*Once you can see the colours and hold your focus on a colour in your aura you can then intend to receive information from that colour.  All you need is your intent to receive information from the colour blue for example in your aura and then be open for the information that comes to you.  You must stay focused throughout this exercise and again this will take much practice.

 

*Eventually you can then practice tuning into other peoples auras with their acceptance and only for practice reasons.  Have them sit comfortably with a light background behind them and the room dimly lit.  And do the same exercise as mentioned above but with you looking at the person infront of you.  You will start at first like mentioned above see the white first layer of their aura and with practice hold your focus long enough to see their aura colours. Once you can clearly see and hold your focus on colours in their aura you can then intend to receive information from their aura colours with their acceptance and only for practice.  Never abuse this ability, gifts like these come with much responsiblity.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Violet Flame is a divine ray that we all can call upon, you do not need to be attuned to this ray to work with it.  The Violet Flame is a divine ray that when invoked helps to clear away negative, imbalanced and unwanted energies from your chakras and aura.  You can also clear your home with the violet flame ray and even give intent to channel it and send it to places around the planet that are in need of clearing negative energy from such as wars and natural disasters such as from hurricanes etc.

There ae also the silver-violet flame and the gold-violet flame, that you can call upon and use the same way as i have mentioned for the violet flame above.  These two higher violet flame energies will help to clear away blocks that are in the way of your spiritual growth and path. 

The silver ray that is combined into the violet flame ray will bring forth extra qualites of grace, harmony and mercy and the gold ray that is combined into the gold-violet flame will bring forth extra qualities of higher clearing, forgiveness and christ energy to which is a very high virbration and protective energy.  The gold-violet flame energy will also help to raise your vibration to higher levels.

 

 

 

 

 

Our selves and Mother Earth are at this time developing and aiming for ascesion.  The main key to progressing towards ascension is to clear your energy fields of all that does not serve your highest good.  This can be quite a task to complete, when you think of all the past lives that you will of been through.  All your past life experiences and traumas are held within your energy fields.  For ascension your karma needs to be cleared at around the 50%  level.  This percentage is a requirement to be allowed to ascend.  So you do not have to be perfect to achieve ascension but still alot of work needs to be done.  Ways to clear your karma are using the violet flame of transmutation, past life reiki, karmic reiki as well as using all other reiki energies that you may be attuned to.  Also you can ask for the ascended masters to help clear your karma to the required percent needed to achieve ascension and you need to keep asking for this help each day if you can as it will not happen over night.  If the masters cleared your karma all in one go it could send you into quite a whopping healing crisis from the release of so much stuck energies.  So this would need to be an ongoing process, the masters will only clear what can be released each time.

Another and the most important requirement for achieving ascension is to raise our vibration and light levels up to the 98% level.  We all hold a great power of inner soul light within us.  But to achieve ascension our soul inner light must grow to a level that the spiritual hierarchy allow for you to achieve ascension.    Your light needs to shine out into the whole of your being, into your aura and out into the world around you.  You can feel your light within your chest area.  Visualize your light as a white ball in your chest area and intend and visualize your light to grow out wards.  Allow your light to shine throughout your whole body, healing you at the same time.  Then visualize your light seeping into your aura, try and get your light to fill as much of your aura as possible.  You will feel a deep calming sensation as you shine your soul light out.  The more you practice this, the stronger your soul light will become.

We also have a great amount of help from the ascended masters and whole spiritual hierarchy.  They can monitor your light levels from the inner planes and are able to send you extra light into your being if you ask for it.  Archangel Metatron is an archangel who is an expert on helping humanity to raise their light levels.  call Archangel Metatron to give you a light increase to a level that is right for you and keep asking for this each day.

There are also ascension seats on the inner planes that you can visit whilst in meditation.  Simply ask your guardan angels to protect you and transport you in meditation the the ascension seat of your choice.  What these ascension seats do is to heal, align and build up your light levels.  There are many ascension seats that you can visit but a wonderful one to visit is the ascension seat of Lord Buddha in Shamballa.  The city of Shamballa is a pure crystal built city on the inner planes that is a home for all ascended masters.

At least one more requirement to achieve ascension is that you pass all the seven spiritual initiations.  You will not be really aware of these initiations as you will be doing alot of them during your sleep as you travel to the ascended masters on the inner planes during your sleep.  But by making the effort to keep healing yourself and building your light levels up, you will be completing these initiations.

There are many ascension symptoms.  This is due to yourself releasing lots of blocked energy from your present and past life times.  However the best way is to listen to your body and do some gentle meditation.  Always call in your own personal angels and spirit guides and ask for them to help ease your ascension symptoms.  I would also recommend that you call in Archangel Sandalphon to help ground your spiritual energies.
